The good: Love the staff here as well as the prices.

The bad: I purchased $2,400 worth of furniture from Urban Home upon moving to California. Two pieces of the set ended up on back order. I was given a window of 4 to 6 weeks for delivery. It is week 10 now and the company is refusing to provide the furniture I paid for or give a refund for the set. Their customer service, while great at the store, falls apart once you get to corporate. The ultimate escalation is a General Manager's voicemail (which is full).

This is the American Apparel of furniture- great people, good prices and ok product with leadership that is disconnected from their customers and struggling with their operations.

My suggestion: Buy your tchotchkes here but skip the furniture.
